HOURLY RATES

Our hourly rates are set according to the complexity of the legal matter, time required, and the
experience level of the legal counsel working on your matter. The following is a guide, yet we
often will provide additional time at no extra charge.

HOURLY RATES
Sr. Legal Counsel:
We use our hourly rate most frequently on complex legal research or on a transactional matter.
The hourly rates of our most experienced legal counsel on corporate matters is billed as follows:

» U.S. Corporate Legal Matters. This will include private and emerging business, intellectual
property law, and nonprofit law.

» Complex International Corporate Legal Matters. These are matters in which we are
reviewing questions of U.S. and international corporate law specific to a region.
This rate also includes time that we may need to collaborate with international tax
counsel on an aspect of your matter.

Associate Legal Counsel:
Our associate counsel has solid experience in the law and can
provide a competent and complete review of legal matters.
Their work is reviewed by senior counsel before you
receive it.

Administrative Staff/Paralegal:
Our senior paralegal works with a sharp eye and
has a strong understanding of key legal concerns.
There are times our senior paralegal can work
on a portion of a project, within their level of
experience, and provide an overview of key
concerns. Also, our senior paralegal helps
prepare drafts of key legal documents for
final review by legal counsel.

Project by Project Basis:
This is based on the specific matter
you may have that is not listed here.
We work with you to assess your matter
and provide a quote for the time required
for your project. In all cases, we give
you an estimate prior to commencing
engagement. This range will help you
understand your investment.
