MESSAGE FROM OUR Founder
                                                                                   Founder

                  Dear Friends, Supporters, and Partners,

As I reflect on 2025, I am filled with both gratitude and clarity. This year stretched us, tested us,
and ultimately strengthened us, reaffirming why Mirror Image Leadership Academy exists.

Five years ago, we launched MILA with a bold belief: there is a leader inside every young man.
We simply have to help him discover it. In 2025, we reached a major milestone, our full operating
capacity of 75 scholars, with 25 in each cohort, realizing the vision we set from the beginning.
What started as an idea is now a leadership pipeline impacting young men across our community.

This year also marked an important step forward in how we understand that impact. Through
our partnership with McClave & Associates, we launched a data initiative to better capture the
growth we see every day in leadership, character, identity, and purpose. While leadership cannot
be fully reduced to numbers, this effort reflects our commitment to accountability and continuous
                  improvement.
At the same time, 2025 required resilience. Faced with funding challenges and rising
transportation costs, our Board of Directors responded with courage and flexibility. Together, we
made the strategic decision to transition our Extended-Day programming into a partnership with
Alachua County Public Schools, hosting MILA within a local middle school.
What began as a necessary adjustment has become a meaningful opportunity. Not only does
this allow us to steward resources more effectively, but it also expands our reach. Our facilitators
are now positioned to influence students beyond our enrolled scholars, extending the mission of
                  MILA deeper into the community.

This is the work: not just developing leaders, but creating environments where leadership can
                  grow and multiply.

None of this would be possible without you.
To our donors, staff, facilitators, parents, scholars, and community partners, thank you for your
trust, your commitment, and your belief in this mission.
2025 reminded us that leadership is not formed in comfort. It is forged through challenge, clarity,
and commitment. As we look ahead, we remain anchored in our mission and encouraged by what
                  is possible.

                  The work continues.
                  The impact deepens.
                  And the vision remains clear.

                  With gratitude and purpose,

                               Greg Bradley
