Mirror Image Leadership Academy is committed to measurable
impact. Through ongoing transcript analysis, scholar surveys,
and program participation tracking, MILA continues to
evaluate how its leadership development model influences
academic performance, confidence, and long-term success.

93.5% of Mirror Image Leadership Academy scholars report
that they believe they have opportunities to succeed
in school, demonstrating the program’s impact on
confidence and future outlook.
More than 36 scholars demonstrated improvement in core
academic subjects such as reading and mathematics during
their participation in MILA.
MILA currently tracks outcomes across five cohorts of scholars
using academic transcripts, surveys, and participation data.
The first cohort of MILA scholars is now in 11th grade,
allowing the organization to track long-term academic
and leadership outcomes.
MILA scholars demonstrate active engagement in their
families, schools, and communities, reflecting the program’s
commitment to developing well-rounded leaders.
Mirror Image Leadership Academy is not only developing
young men today. We are building the leaders of tomorrow.
