MILA School Year Academy
Our School Year Academy takes place on the second Saturday
of every month during the academic school year.

The experience includes breakfast, working in the True
Leader Model curriculum, team-building activities, daily
a!rmations, and a local exposure trip.

MILA Extended-Day Academy
(After school)
Our Extended-Day Academy aims to provide academic
support, positive reinforcement, scholar assessment, and
recreation to help scholars excel scholastically,
socially, and spiritually.

Our goal is to help close the achievement gaps in a safe,
supportive, and stable environment.

MILA Summer Academy
This is a capstone program for all three cohorts in our 3-year
leadership development experience. It's designed for 7th, 8th,
and 9th-grade scholars and runs Monday to Friday in June.

The experience includes breakfast, True Leader Model
curriculum, daily a!rmations, lunch, team-building activities,
free time, and exposure trips. Additionally, we o"er a
progressive exposure experience of local, national, and
international travel during the summer.

MIla Evolving Leaders
Academy
Evolving Leaders Academy is a year-round initiative o"ered
exclusively to scholars who graduate from MILA at the end
of their 9th grade year. Designed to serve as a touchpoint
for ongoing leadership development through 12th grade.

The program features transformative leadership-building
weekend retreats, community service projects, peer-
led discussions, and continued exposure/enrichment
experiences. It ensures that scholars remain connected to
MILA's mission throughout high school, fostering personal
and professional growth.
