OUR GONZALO LAW HIRING PROCESS








                                 Applicants apply for positions by providing
                                 application materials, including the resume and
                                 any other materials that are requested.
          APPLICATIONS           Applicant is to provide a portfolio of work OR

                                 writing sample as requested.






                                                 Selected applicants will move onto the tri-phase
                                                 interview process:
                                                       » Round 1: Phone interview.
                           INTERVIEWS
                                                       » Round 2: Video or in-person interview.
                                                       » Round 3: Video or in-person written exam.



                                                                Selected interviewees will be invited to do volunteer
                                                                work for the firm for 2-3 months to assess capabilities.
                                                                This work can count for academic credit, satisfy
                                                                internship requirements, etc., at the discretion of
                                           VOLUNTEER            Atty. Gonzalo. During this time, the required firm
                                            POSITION            reading is as follows:
                                                                   1.  Legal Writing for Legal Readers.

                                                                   2.  The One Thing. By Gary Keller and Jerry Papazan
                                                                   3.  Think and Grow Rich. By Napolean Hill



                                                                               Performance will then be reviewed to

                                                               PAID            determine whether they will be invited
                                                                               to join the team for a paid position.
                                                           POSITION            Progress will continue to be tracked
                                                                               through weekly 1on 1s, staff meetings,
                                                                               and the Gonzalo Law mentor program.



            In each phase, applicants will be
