OUR CONTRACT REVIEW PROCESS
1 READ ENTIRE CONTRACT FROM START TO FINISH
» Identify unclear, one-sided, or contradictory language.
» Take notes on any questionable items.
» Use a Text to Speech reader Online to read the contract
while following along.

CONFIRM ACCURACY OF BASIC DETAILS
» Names and addresses of parties. Check client notes to confirm goals are achieved.
» Formatting: title page; pagination; numbering of articles and clauses, spelling, grammar.
3 CLARIFY
» Avoid vambiguous terms such as reasonable, undue delay, substantially, and properly.
» Clarify vague or ambiguous clauses.
VERIFY KEY SECTIONS AND TERMS 4
» Opening Paragraph, Recitals, Contract Duration, Renewal Status, Specific Goods or Services;
Cost Payment Terms, Responsibilities and Rights of Parties, Non-Compete Terms,
Non-disclosure terms, Termination Clause and Notice of Termination.
