American Tigers 10 Week Curriculum Version 2: Week 3


                                                             Sparring

                                              (Week 3 Wednesday and Thursday)
                       *Main curriculum: Combination Practice
                       Pee – Wee
                       Lower belt Push and Higher belt round
                                            o  Slide push kick
                                            o  Slide round house
                                            o  Double Push
                                            o  Double round

                                            o  Make combinations using those kicks

                       Junior Class:
                        Warmup: A lot of running (at least 10 laps), sprinting down and back after
                       high knees, burpees, pushups sit-ups etc. (race format) (one lap per
                       exercise)


                       Stretching: Front stance rotating knees, stretch kick, outside crescent,
                       inside crescent, sitting one leg reaching to other

                       Use both legs for combinations
               White, Yellow, Orange: (white belts will do push instead of round)
                                                1.  Front leg round x2 + back leg round
                                                2.  Sliding round + round
                                                3.  Slide round + round + double leg (back leg first)

                                                4.  Slide round + round + double leg (front leg first)

               Purple, Green, Blue:
                                                o  Introduce and practice twist kick
                                                1.  Slide round middle + high round + twist kick
                                                2.  Front leg round x2 + twist kick

                                                3.  Front leg round + front twist + back leg round

               Brown, Red, High Red:
                                                o  Practice round + twist with front leg
                                                1.  Slide round middle + high round + twist kick
                                                2.  Slide round middle + high round + twist kick +
                                                   triple round
