      Provide participants with the downloadable Creating My Plan template to help them create theirr plan.

      Go through the following steps to assist them in the process.

      1.  MY SUPERPOWERS

      Discover and refine your Superpowers. Watch the What’s Your Hidden Power? video in Session 4 to help you out

      2. MY PASSION

      Discover and follow your passion. Identify your BIG DREAM!

      3. MY GOALS

      Set your goals.

      Tips when setting goals...

      (a) Set small or mini (daily or weekly) goals to start with.
      (b) Make your goals specific, and set a time frame for when they will be reached.
      (c) Make sure you set realistic goals, that you can achieve.
      (d) Make sure your goals are designed to help you reach your BIG DREAM!

      4. MY SUPPORT

      Identify who will help you achieve your goals. Don’t rely on those people who bring you down, and hold you back.

      5. MY RESILIENCE

      Understand that making mistakes, hitting obstacles, and failure brings you one step closer to success.

      6. MY SELF-BELIEF

      Prove to yourself that you can do it by achieving your mini goals regularly.

      7. MY RESPONSIBILITY

      Take control of your life by taking full responsibility for what you do, and how you feel.

      8. MY SUCCESS

      Unleash your Superpowers, be determine, persistent and confident in yourself, and you will enjoy success.

      Have participants use these steps and the template on page 68-69 to create their plan.
