A RADIO STATION THAT REACHES A GLOBAL AUDIENCE IN A WORLD OF
SOCIAL ISOLATION

In the new-world of social isolation, there is much uncertainty around when the collective student
voice will again be heard at vibrant public events, such as the School Strike4Climate, and other
climate action gatherings.

Using a real-world, media platform, such as 2040 LIVE, to keep the grassroots, youth environmental
movement alive, not only taps into accessible modern media technology in a productive way, but
also has the potential to extend audience reach beyond local communities, to a global audience.
