    BRIMBANK LIVE

    2021

WHAT IS POSSIBLE IN 2021 CONTINUED

Have BRIMBANK LIVE build on other existing Council-led Youth initiatives across mental
health, CALD communities, women and girls empowerment and respect, and COVID health.

    More specifically...

    • Engage young people in delivery of Mental Health messages (e.g. program for secondary
schools delivered by young people representative of CALD communities)
    • On-line platforms to engage with young people including CALD teens – particularly as they
start to move around more due to physical return to on-site learning
    • Weekly live youth digital radio (sessions on mental health)
    • Promote access to mental health support groups for young people
    • Women and girls respect and empowerment programs in schools
    • Other innovative youth driven initiatives focusing on COVID health messaging and testing.
