STUDENTS BUILDING
STUDENTS BUILDING
A RESOURCE THAT
A RESOURCE THAT
WILL EDUCATE
WILL EDUCATE
THEIR COMMUNITY
THEIR COMMUNITY
As a culmination to the DEADLY LIVE program, all student produced
podcasts and videos will be embedded in a DEADLY LIVE digital
online magazine.
The digital magazine will be uniquely used by particpating
indigenous and non indigenous students as a resource to educate
their school communities about what they discovered about the
culture, history and pathways for the future of first nation’s people.
Empowering young people to produce compelling content about the
story of first nation’s people and then actively use that content to
build awareness and greater understanding will powerfully drive a
generational change in mindsets and create a spirit of reconciliation
that will build empathy and pride school community by school
community.
The following is an example of a LIVE FM digital magazine resource
used by students to educate their community. Click to view.
