Its great pleasure to present the second edi on of KICHO to the organisa on, we tried to improve the contend
meaningful to all personnel's in the organisa on. Request your feedbacks to improve further.

It's a long and con nuous process to benchmark MPW-IND as the beast HSE organisa on, we ini ate many
ac ons to move towards on it, request all your ac ve support and par cipa on. We started ra ng the
Subcontractor HSE performance from August'21 to evaluate their performance in relevance with Health,
Safety & environment and advice the focus area to improve. The ra ng also Printed in this magazine.
Request all employees to adhere the HSE governance guidelines to create and maintain the safety culture
which is expected by the management. No one above safety, please keep it in mind. Any devia ons needs to
be reported and deal with the guidelines defined.
