es that are alleged to have damaged the brakes      Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc.
           on a rented buck hoist.  Both the General Contractor and Tri-City strongly feel the suit has been made
           without merit.  No other Li

on exists on behalf of  Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc.
