Explore and understand the challenging and interesting world of managing
business in the current dynamic and highly competitive global environment.
Discover the constantly evolving nature of international business, and how
it shapes the management and operations of business across cultures,
geographies and institutions.

This degree, offered by Norwich Business School (NBS) in the Social
Sciences Faculty at UEA, will prepare you for a range of careers that involve
analysing, managing and shaping global strategies of firms. These include
roles pertaining to international market development and operations, global
supply chains, cross-cultural management, global consulting, and general
management. This course also prepares you for starting and/or expanding
your own business outside the home market. You don’t need to have
studied business or economics, you just need to have a flair for business,
an inquisitive mind, a global outlook, and be willing to go the extra mile to
pursue your goals.

Assessments

We use a range of methods designed to reflect the kind of activities you
may be asked to do in the workplace, either individually or as part of a team.
For example, report writing, data analysis, preparing strategies, and writing
business cases and presentations. Final assessments are examinable as
outlined in the programme guideline.
