FORUMS & COMMITTEES
Joining a committee or forum is a great way to share ideas, build relationships
and find business opportunities.
Our Forums & Committees meet monthly on a set schedule so you can plan ahead to participate.
AMBASSADORS COUNCIL | Chair: Bill Olderman, Titan Energy NE
Mission: To attract and retain members through active participation in Chamber programs and services and to create value through networking and
professional development events. Committee membership by appointment only.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FORUM | Chair: Claire Stoddard, Claire Stoddard International
Mission: To foster member success by focusing on sales and marketing strategies that generate leads and revenue. Meets first Thursdays at 8 am.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & TACTICS FORUM | Chair: Allan Berger, Berger Business Advisors
Mission: To provide a forum for members to share insights and trends to help drive business results. Meets second Thursdays at 8 am.
ENTREPRENEUR ROUNDTABLE | Chair: Eric Pearson, Nomad Automotive Service
Mission: To provide a forum for meaningful peer-to-peer discussion that drives results for start-ups, solo-preneurs and small businesses. Roundtables
are limited to fifteen category exclusive members. Interested members may apply online.
ENVIRONMENTAL & SUSTAINABILITY FORUM | Chair: Ryan Benson, Connell Foley
Mission: To provide a forum that addresses environmental and sustainability issues by helping businesses realize the benefits of using environmental,
energy, and other resources responsibly. Meets fourth Thursdays at 8 am.
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS FORUM | Chair: Alan Zakin, Alan Zakin Associates
Mission: To address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels as they relate to the interests of economic development in Morris County.
Meetings scheduled with public officials based on their availability. Email chamberworks@morrischamber.org to be added to meeting notification list.
HEALTH & WELLNESS FORUM | Chair: Kathy D’Agati, Back to Basic Wellness
Mission: To promote a healthy way of life to the community through the combined efforts of a comprehensive panel of health and wellness
professionals. Meets on third Wednesdays at 8:30 am.

Mission: To advance the Hispanic community of greater Morris County by helping Hispanic owned or focused businesses grow. Meets on fourth
Wednesdays at 9 am.
HUMAN RESOURCES & TALENT FORUM | Co-Chairs: James O'Hern, Authentic Leadership &

Mission: To provide a forum to discuss human resources topics such as current laws and regulations and strategies for attracting, on-boarding and
retaining talent. Meets on second Tuesdays at 8 am.
LEADERSHIP MORRIS ALUMNI COUNCIL | Chair: Michael Lupton, Wells Fargo Advisors LLC
Mission: To promote the importance of community trusteeship by providing a series of activities and programs to foster the continued growth and
development of community leaders. Open to Leadership Morris graduates only.
NOT FOR PROFIT ROUNDTABLE | Chair: Paul Muir, Red Mill Museum Village
Mission: To provide a forum that fosters interactions among not for profit Chamber members in order to develop education, business and community
opportunities. Meets on third Thursdays at 8:30 am.

Mission: To connect members interested in the commercial real estate market stay informed about latest trends in development, financing, legal
considerations and design. Meets on first Tuesdays at 9 am.
TECH TALK FORUM | Chair: Greg Alvarez, Safari Solutions
Mission: To provide a forum for business people to discuss technology, become more tech savvy and learn about apps and services that will help
businesses run more efficiently. Meets on third Tuesdays at 8 am.
WOMEN IN BUSINESS PROGRAM | Chair: Christine Cox-West, The Fortis Agency
Mission: To propel women to greater personal and professional success. Meets on second Wednesdays at 8 am. Open to female Chamber members.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS FORUM | Chair: Daniel Long, Mendham Capital Management
Mission: To create an environment where young professionals can foster growth in their respective fields and life in the community through formal and
informal events and projects. Meets on first Wednesdays at 8 am. Open to members who are 40 and under.
