Fresh Estate & Letting Agents was first formed in April 2011 by company directors Matthew Wiggall and Dean Brain who have over 30 years’ experience in the property sales and letting industry, having held senior positions at top local firms over many years.
With regards to the letting arm of our business the plan from the outset has been to combine our experience and knowhow with good customer relations, strict rental procedures and a modern marketing approach to deliver a first-class service to our clients. Current day we have delivered on that aim and are well known
for being a major operator in the Residential Letting market servicing a healthy demand from the private rental sector, local companies, hospitals, education and university departments.
We cover ALL over Swansea for residential lettings and in 2017 opened another office in Morriston to further support the properties that we let and manage in the Swansea area.
