This is an important meeting for you, particularly if you are new to letting your property. You will naturally have many questionsthat will need answering. The staff member from Fresh will understand this and can talk you through the key stages of letting your property. We will discuss your property’s rental value based on size, location, quality, and current demand. We will also advise of any improvements that should be made, discuss potential tenant types, and agree on any strict preferences you may have, such as no pets, no smokers and so on.
TENANT SELECTION
It sounds an obvious point, but tenant selection is absolutely key and here at Fresh we use all our experience and tried and tested processes to ensure we secure the best quality tenants. In the first instance all our staff are trained to interview and assess each applicant starting with the initial telephone call through to the physical accompanied viewing. If this first assessment is passed then each applicant will be carefully interviewed

The traffic levels through this site are high and this provides us with a constant feed of new tenant enquiries. We also post regular property and industry news through the website, which our landlords really enjoy.
Your properties will also have great exposure through the national property portals Zoopla, OnTheMarket.com and Primelocation.com. Here at Fresh we have Gold membership status, which gives us the option of boosting property posts with premium listings if required. Again, the tenant enquiries we generate through this marketing is high.
Social media advertising now plays a growing part in marketing and letting properties. Through social media software we are now able to post our messages including new instructions at strategic times for maximum impact. The high level of followers that we have through social media means that our new instructions get great early exposure, which often leads to an early let.
We have a digital letting register that’s an important tool for us and allows us to match any new property instructions to waiting tenants. In addition, we have excellent relationships with Universities, hospitals and a number of major local companies that regularly relocate staff to the Swansea area.
