                                                                                                            BRIEF GUIDE TO OUR SERVICE TYPES
We have different services package to suit any of our landlords needs and each one can be explained in detail before you make your selection. The most popular service is our ‘Fresh Standard Managed’ service. This managed service is chosen by landlords for various reasons, some live locally but have busy lives through family and business commitments and some live away from the area. In both examples the clients just want to know the property is being fully managed.
For your total peace of mind, we can also offer our ‘Fresh Premium Managed Service’, which will guarantee that your rent is paid to you on time regardless of any delay or non-payment of rent and will also provide legal cover to evict any difficult tenants. The full details of the managed services are detailed point by point later on in this brochure.
One major difference between our Fully Managed Service and that of other agencies is that you are appointed a Personal Property Manager. We know from working in other agencies that landlord clients can get very frustrated if they have to go through a number of staff members before they get to a person who has knowledge of their property and the given query or issue. You will not have this problem with our fully managed service. Your property manager will be your main point of contact for any tenancy related issue, they will also be the sole point of contact for your tenant(s) and will have excellent knowledge of your property.
                  Our ‘Fresh Finders’ Fee Service is normally selected by our more experienced client that have the time to apply themselves to their properties management duties. In this circumstance, the clients benefit from our excellent marketing and ability to deliver a tenant(s), a strict referencing procedure and up to date tenancy agreements.
