Jamie Baker is a London based artist using
drawing and painting to describe the world

around him. Following a foundation course at
London Metropolitan in 2016, he completed his

BA in Painting at Wimbledon College of Arts in
2020. After graduating, he immediately took a

job making stained glass windows. He now
works for a well-known gay pornography studio

call HungYoungBrit. Most recently he was
shortlisted for the Ingram Prize 2023 and

exhibited his work at Cromwell Place, South
Kensington. Jamie sees his work as a form of

documentation and processing of his own
personal experience. Accompanying the crazy

sex mad chav lads he helps direct and organise
shoots capturing their extraordinary lives on

camera and canvas."
