Step 3. Form a loop with the free end of the rope as shown in step 3, and push it
               through the eye of the rope body.



































               Step 4. Grasp the wound coils with one hand and the rope body with the other
               hand and slide the coils upward tightly against the loop. The rope is now coiled
               and secured (step 4). Pulling the free end of the rope will release the line, which
               can quickly be made ready for throwing.
