This neat knot is similar to a bowline on a bight. The series of loops make a
rather uncomfortable chair or backyard swing. Center the rope and form the
three loops illustrated in step 1. Then, fold the large middle loop down (step 2).
Next, enlarge the loop so the two smaller loops are inside (step 3). Now pull the
ears of the large loops through the ears in the smaller loops, as shown in step 4.
Pull the knot to tighten, and your chair is complete.
