               The sources of information are available within the organisation or from external to the
               organisation. Information on national and international standards can be obtained from relevant
               bodies, who propagate in the form of guidance documents, which provides valuable information
               on the legal standards.

                   •   Safety Committee meeting minutes
                   •   First aid treatment records
                   •   Absenteeism records
