“The number one concern I have heard expressed by
our members over the past few years has been the
increasing cost of their health insurance and health
care costs in general. After a year of research we found
the only viable option to help our members reduce
their cost in a meaningful way, was to offer health plans
similar to those offered by Tennessee Farm Bureau
Health Plans.
With our board’s support, in October 2019 we began
conversations with the leadership at Tennessee Farm
Bureau Health Plans to offer similar health plans to
Farm Bureau members in Indiana. As of October 2020
we are proud to say that we are now able to offer these
plans to our members.
The Tennessee leadership team provided their expertise
and support and helped us every step of the way in
this process. Their support started with providing key
testimony in our Legislative Committee meetings and
continues to this day by working with our staff to get
every detail in place for our members.
The Tennessee Team is truly a professional group of
people who are passionate about what they are doing.
Our two organizations have worked together to form
what I believe will be a lasting partnership to benefit
Farm Bureau members for years to come.”
