Gear up! This season, the wrestling team
is ready to push the limits to a new level.
Between mastering their moves and
developing an understanding of what
they're getting themselves into, there's no
sport quite like wrestling.

The Humphreys 2022-2023 Wrestling team
reached an all-new new high this year- they
attained a consistent full roster, consisting of
13 wrestlers at 13 different weights. As a
result, these wrestlers became the ultimate
best versions of themselves. Each and every
one of them became the byproduct of their
dedication and determination to push through
whatever Coach Pak or Coach Beard pushed
on them. To be a wrestler means to be
