Chardonnay
Colour: Straw yellow with a slight golden hue.
Nose: The nose opens on white peach aromas and subtle floral
notes, going on to reveal a light touch of mild spice.
Palate: From a full-bodied attack on highly expressive white fruit
flavours, the mid-palate reveals subtle notes of acacia blossom and
mild spice, leading into a long finish sustained by an attractive
minerality.
Viognier
Colour: Golden yellow with glittering highlights.
Nose: The nose is fresh, revealing expressive yellow fruit aromas.
Palate: The fresh and fruit-filled attack on intense apricot and
nectarine flavours leads into a full and dense mid-palate, followed by
a succulent finish characterised by lingering fruit flavours and the
arrival of delicate floral notes.
Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: A glittering pale yellow.
Nose: Fresh and full of fruit, revealing citrus notes (lemon and
grapefruit).
Palate: An attack dominated by citrus fruit and touch of broom leads
into a balanced and complex mid-palate, while the finish displays
citrus freshness and a hint of aniseed.
Merlot
Colour: Deep garnet red.
Nose: Delicate cherry and blackberry fruit aromas,
followed by spicy notes and vanilla.
Palate: A very round arrival on very smooth tannins, a full and feminine
mid-palate sustained by extremely delicate tannins, and a finish on
mild spice and beautifully ripe fruit flavours.
Pinot Noir
Colour: Deep ruby red with a slight garnet tint.
Nose: The nose opens on jammy red fruit aromas such as wild strawberry, black cherry
and redcurrant, then reveals a fresh, minty note and a hint of vanilla.
Palate: Fruit flavours emerge very quickly on the fresh and elegant attack, followed by a
smooth and spicy mid-palate and a highly expressive finish on red berry fruit flavours such
as redcurrant and cranberry.
