Domaine du Cléray - Sauvignon
Origin : Nantais
: Cold stipulation of the juice for a few
days prior to fermentation at a controlled temperature
in steel vats. Matured on fine lees.
: Intense, with aromas of fresh fruit:
redcurrant, citrus, grapefruit and lemon.
Palate : Full and fresh, with the typical crispness
of Loire valley sauvignon wines.
Domaine du Cléray - Chardonnay
Origin : Nantais
: Cold stipulation of juice prior to fermentation
at a controlled temperature. Malo-lactic fermentation is
conducted on a part of the product to give the
blend enhanced smoothness and add creamy notes.
Matured on fermentation lees.
Expressive and fresh with typical aromas of
peach and melon with a creamy, vanilla and toasty note.
Palate : Full and intense but always fresh and crisp
Muscadet de Sevre-et-Maine Sur Lie
Vinification : Pre-fermentation, skin contact at low
temperature. 21 day cool fermentation in temperature-
controlled stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the lees
for 6 months.
Colour : Translucent with hints of silver
Nose : a bouquet of white flowers combined with a
fresh lemony citrus fruit.
Mouth : Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally
very pleasing.
