AN IDEA FOR 100% PARTICIPATION:
Pass a collection plate at your Christmas Observance as you would at any other religious
service. By doing this, every Commandery in the Grand Encampment will have participated
in the Voluntary Campaign before the end of December. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO THE
MEMBERS AND TRY IT. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT THE SUCCESS.
