Why MSM

I chose Morehouse School of Medicine because of the
compassionate, dedicated, and inspiring community. I can
confidently say that the school takes its mission and the desire
to cultivate a safe yet rigorous learning environment to heart. It
is a place that I knew would push me to be the very best
physician I could be, but also the very best person I could be.
Describe your MSM Experience
My experience at MSM has been nothing short of amazing. I
have felt supported and seen every step of the way to get me
to where I am today. Whether it be faculty, resources or other
students, I have never felt alone or isolated in my educational
journey towards becoming an orthopedic surgeon.
Words of Gratitude

I am grateful. As a first generation college and medical student
as well as the daughter of an immigrant, it means more than
words could ever describe to have financial support and the
encouragement from others that I can pursue my dreams no
matter the socioeconomic status life has dealt me.

Describe your MSM Experience
My experience in MSM has been excellent, and I credit the faculty and
my classmates for their hard work. I look forward to completing second
year and acquiring clinical experience in the third and fourth.

Career Plans
I intend to become a primary care physician, and I am currently
considering internal medicine or family medicine. With more clinical
experience, my goals will become clear.
