Your “Everything Seasoning”
You will see that almost all of my meals strongly suggest using all-purpose seasoning.
I pride myself on making good food with little to no salt or preservatives ( as much as I can ). With that
being said, I’ve created the seasoning I add to most of my meals that brings out the flavors of your food.
If you don’t have a Chef Bruja Everything Seasoning at the moment, here are a few seasonings that can
help bring your everything seasoning to your home!
• 1 tsp Smoked Paprika ( this will add a natural spice and color to your food, if you prefer no spice skip this or add
regular paprika for color )
• 1 tsp Ground Coriander ( this is good for chicken meats )
• 1 tsp Pepper ( preferably freshly crush peppercorns to get the most flavor out of your pepper )
• 1 tsp dried lemon or lemon zest ( optional )
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
Make your “ Everything
• 1 tsp dried Thyme
Seasoning / All-Purpose
• 1 tsp Oregano seasoning at home!

suitable for all your cooking needs,
for your sauces, meats, fish, vegeta-
bles. Do NOT be shy with your sea-
soning! The more, the better! If

seasoning, you aren’t doing it right!
