           • First, start by washing your vegetables.
                                                                                                                                                                                                • One pack of empanada discs. ( 10 pack )

           • Dice 1/4 cup diced red and green peppers. No rhyme or reason to this because everything will be mixed at the
                                                                                                                                                                                                • 1 1/2 or 2 cups of sharp cheddar ( or whichever cheese

           • Repeat this same process for your red onion.

           • Shred your 2 cups sharp cheddar.


           • Mince your 4 - 6 garlic cloves.

           • Grab a medium-sized skillet to cook your meat in for now.

           • Add your meat, then begin to season. Add 1 tbsp of green seasoning/sofrito, 1 tbsp of Chef Bruja everything
