           • First, scrub your potatoes clean under cold water, then pat dry                                                                                                                       • 2 - 4 large potatoes. ( 1 large for two people,

           • If you liked peeled potatoes, this would be your time to peel; if you don't have a potato peeler, grab your thin small

           • Once you add your seasonings, mix and put a lid on your pan to retain the moisture. Continuously mix and stir
