            • First, start by pat doing your mushrooms.                                                                                                                                              • 8 oz Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms cut in half.

            • Slice your mushrooms in half.                                                                                                                                                          • 2 cup vegetable oil.


            • Get a large ziplock bag, or large bowl, then place your 1 1/2 cups of your flour.


            • Season thoroughly, add 1 tbsp Chef Bruja every seasoning, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1

               tsp chicken or vegetable bouillon, then mix together till everything is spread evenly.

            • Prep your wash now. Add 1 cup all-purpose flour, add all the seasonings you seasoned your flour with. Add 1 tsp

           • First, grab your medium-sized bowl, add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp oyster

              sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and whisk together.
                                                                                                                                                                                                      • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce ( or whichever
           • Taste check for your liking. If you want your sauce sweeter, add another tbsp of honey or brown sugar.

              If you want your sauce spicer, add your favorite hot sauce, mine is Franks red hot sauce.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      • 2 tbsp brown sugar.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce.


                                                                                                                                                                                                      • 1 tbsp soy sauce.


                                                                                                                                                                                                      • Two sprigs of green onion to garnish.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds to garnish.
