• First, you want to start by washing all your vegetables. ( if you are using mushrooms, pat dry them. ) You can add • Four whole cauliflower. ( optional )

can adjust the flavor to your liking )

• Squeeze 2 ripe limes over your sauce and grade 1 tsp of ginger over your sauce. Taste for liking before adding any-

thing spicy. Suppose you like it this way—no need to go further. If you want some spice, this is where you add your 1
tbsp of chili garlic sauce and 2 tsp of sriracha: mix and taste. If you're going to add more zest, add another lime or
white rice!
lemon, and if you want to add more seasoning, add 1 tsp of Chef Bruja everything seasoning. Then let this cool, and
top it off with some slices of green onion and avocado if you please, and enjoy!
