           • First, start by washing and dicing your vegetables.                                                                                                                                 • 1/4 cup diced red onion.

           • Grab your medium-size deep pot and place your heat on medium.                                                                                                                       • 1 can organic diced tomatoes. ( or which-

           • Season your meat with 1 tbsp beef base, 1 tbsp green seasoning/sofrito, 1 tbsp Chef Bruja everything seasoning, 2                                                                   • 1 tbsp tomato paste.

           • Being to mix and break up your meat. Continue this process every 5 minutes until all your meat is broken and brown                                                                  • 7 ounces pink beans. ( 1/2 a can )

           • Let that cook for a total of 25 - 30 minutes. For your last 5 minutes, add your chopped vegetables.                                                                                 • 1 cup beef broth or vegetable broth.

           • Let your vegetables cook for the remaining 5 minutes.                                                                                                                               • 1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey & Colby jack.


           • Once that's done, add 1 tbsp tomato paste. Mix that up.                                                                                                                             • 1 tbsp sour cream.

           • Add your one can of tomato sauce and 1 cup beef broth.


           • Mix, then add 7 ounces of all your beans. You can add whichever beans you prefer as long as its at least 7 ounces

              each.

           • Once they are tender, add 1 tbsp sour cream. Then add your 1 cup shredded cheese. ( save the rest of your cheese to  Gro nd Meat
           • Add your one sprig of thyme. Let that cook down for another 20 - 25 minutes till your beans are tender.

           • Mix and taste check to see if you'd like to add more seasoning. If so, this would be your time; I typically add 1/2 tbsp
