           • First, start by washing your vegetables.
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • Four servings ( 8 oz ) ziti pasta.
           • Dice 1/4 cup green and red pepper. Do the same for your red onion.
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • One pound ground turkey or ground beef.
           • Smash and mince six garlic cloves.

           • Begin to shred your cheese. 2 cups of sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup of pepper jack, 1/2 cup of smoked gouda

              crust, you can garnish with dried parsley on top if you would like.


           • Cook for 10 - 15 minutes till it creates that nice golden crust on top, take it out, then let it cool down, and
