     A NEWSLETTER BY EMPLOYEE-OWNERS FOR EMPLOYEE-OWNERS JANUARY 2021

    Rearview Mirror & Looking Forward

     By Wes McClure
I don't think anyone is sorry to see 2020 in the rearview mirror, it was a challenging year to
say the least. With many gatherings and celebrations postponed or cancelled, we were not
able to recognize and celebrate many of our employee-owners who retired in 2020 in the
usual fashion, with in person festivities. We are so grateful that they called Wilson Electric
home and while we couldn't be with them, we are with them in spirit. Below are those who
                           have retired.

Keith Waldrup, Tom Bindell, Chuck Walstrom, Mark Henderson, Jim Thomas, Keith Stroh,
Don Siddall, Gerald Slump, Robert Schmitz, Denny Bledsoe, Darrel Elston, Mark Harvey and
                           Mark Holohan.

As you can see these employee-owners are some of the people in our company that have “got the job done” for
many years. Their willingness to go the extra mile and take on personal responsibility for quality results, is the
     reason our company has excelled.

I would invite you to contact and congratulate them on a stellar career and well-deserved retirement. I think in
talking with them, you will find that the reward of the ESOP retirement funds they worked so hard for, was well
worth the effort. Their loyalty to our company was key to getting to this point in their life.

This is the result I envisioned when starting the ESOP many years ago and a look into the future for those of you
with the same commitment. The whole culture of WESC is to share in the rewards of growing a company. How
large or small those rewards are is all up to you as an owner.

You might ask how we can replace the expertise and experience we lose as time goes on. I think that is a question
you should ask yourself. Which of you will be next to step up and go the extra mile? Who will take responsibility
for the quality results that will propel our company forward and continue to make us the best electrical and
special systems contractor in the Southwest?

I would like to wish each of you a Happy New Year and acknowledge the unbelievable efforts you have put forth
this last year. I continue to be amazed at your commitment to do whatever it takes to get the job done and I want
you to know it is recognized and appreciated.

I pray each day for you and your family's safety during these trying times. I know we will persevere.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Continued...
