THE ESOP COMMUNICATIONS APPRENTICESHIP
COMMITTEE KICKS OFF GRADUATES
MONTHLY ESOP MINUTE
The ESOP Communications Committee has created a
monthly “ESOP Minute” to help educate employee-
owners about our ESOP. This communication piece
will be emailed the second Monday of every month
and shared in the field along with a Toolbox Talk. The
goal of this quick read is to increase everyone's
awareness and knowledge about the ESOP and the
benefits of being an employee-owned company.
In addition to being emailed, you can also find current
ESOP Minutes on the new employee website.
Congratulations to our recent graduating apprentices
who have spent the last four years investing in their
careers and have earned the right to be recognized as
journeyman commercial electricians. As future leaders
of Wilson Electric, these gentlemen will continue
learning and growing in their careers but at this
milestone we would like to take this moment to
congratulate you on your success.
