Pre arrival = Breakfast and focus on positive self-talk and affirmation/cue words Arrival = Interviews, getting ready routine and warm up

Start = Centering/ breathing technique
The routine should include the following points:
1. Consistent practice
2. Agreed with the athlete
3. Multidimensional
4. Personal
5. Time to suit the sport
6. Seldom changes even with error
Task: For a 1pm throw in, List Key tasks you will do that day before the game? Start with, waking up in the morning.
Now draw an hourly timeline pre game. Find a 20 minute window , and list all the mental skills you can include, and in which order.
