Ø Now add your Learning which you learned yesterday. Ø Now add your Emotion which you learned yesterday. Ø Now we’ll add in the Perspective ...
Become aware of the perspective at which you are viewing the skill? Are you looking through your own eyes or are you watching yourself go through your pre-performance routine? Breathe deeply and take in as much information as you can. Your own feelings, the sounds, in the pitch, the spectators, coaches, the weather conditions and the timing you have learned. How do you look? Are you composed? Do you look like composed athlete you want to be see at? Can you change your facial expression? Your body language? Follow the image until you can see the ball coming to your opponent. How are you reacting? Are you happy with what you see? Change anything you feel you need to change and start again. Is this angle working for you?
When you’re happy and when you feel you are ready, take a deep breath and open your eyes.
