Objective: Progress your imagery model, by adding in the Learning imagery. Time to Spend: 15 mins.
“Learning” phase takes into consideration the skill level of the performer and how this is adapted as the skill improves. The content of this phase represent the improvement in the quality and accuracy of your image the more often you practise it..
Ø Begin your re-centering steps you learned last week and have been practising, Ø Now add your Physical which you learned yesterday,

Ø Now add your Timing which you learned yesterday Ø Now we’ll add in the Learning ...
So where you were tackling or about to tackle, can see it from another angle, looking at from a birds eye view, what’s your movement like, what’s your body position like is it right Does It need to be adjusted.
