management lecturers will be able to upload their teaching materials. A learning system
management will have all the learners enrolled, and this will allow the learners to teaching
and learning beyond the walls of the classroom. It will also enable lecturers to monitor
students' progress on an individual basis and to offer individualized support lecturers will be
able to identify struggling students quickly. A learning system management will also allow
parents and guardians to also have an option to take part in their children's learning. Parents
can also monitor students' progress and interact with the lecturers. Important communication
to guardians can also be communicated via the learning system management.
Social media is now playing an important role in education. The inclusion of social leaning
platforms in the learning ecosystem will allow teachers to be in contact with students all the
time. Social media apps will be used to support group discussion, to foster collaboration
between students and also as way of offering individualized support to students. This is
supported by (Devi, Gouthami, & Lakshmi, 2019) when they state that in the education
sector, instructors, students and others collaborate on tasks of knowledge construction using
social networking platforms.
A learning culture at the college needs to be developed and sustained. This should cover both
the students and the lecturing staff. For lecturers the curriculum unit should ensure that staff
are trained constantly on how to develop digital content and conduct online classes.
(Trpkova, Skerlavaj, Dimovski, Černe, Kekenovski, & Tevdovski, 2012) Suggest that a good
learning culture will increase the efficiency of that organization. It is equally important to
also regularly train students on how to use online platforms for learning. This ensures that
students will be able to use digital learning materials effectively.
An Ideal learning ecosystem will make use of digital learning and will need to shift away
from the traditional chalkboard method. I would suggest for lecturers to use blended learning
method when conducting classes. (McLaughlin, Gharkholonarehe, Khanova, Deyo, &
Rodgers, 2015) Describe blended learning as an instructional method that combines face to
face classroom methods with a computer mediated activity to deliver instruction. This
method makes use of the basic teaching resources that are being used already the only
