梅县人在农历新年制作的传统年货中,馓子是其中必备的传统小吃之一。旧时,人们常带上
面粉和鸡蛋等到圩镇制作面皮,带回家后,全家上阵,大人负责切制和炸制,小孩则负责捏
花、添柴,其乐融融。
■ Dish Story
In Meixian, making Sanzi is a traditional treat prepared for the Chinese New Year. In the past, fam-
ilies would bring flour and eggs to the market to make dough sheets. Upon returning home, the
whole family would participate in the process: adults cut and fried the dough, while children shaped
the flowers and tended to the firewood, creating a joyful and communal atmosphere.
