■ 名菜故事:
            老鼠粄因其形状细小且两端微弯似老鼠尾巴,在梅城被称为“老鼠屎粄”。制作时如果没
            有“粄擦”,也可用手搓成两头尖的细条,在其他地区被称为“银针粉”。这种粄可煮可腌,
            客家各地也有类似的粄食。


            ■ Dish Story
            Rat tail noodles are named for their small and curved shape resembling a mouse’s tail. In Meicheng,
            they are humorously called “rat droppings noodles”. If a special grater is unavailable, the noodles
            can be hand-rolled into thin, pointed strips. Rat tail noodles is known as “silver needle noodles” in
            other regions. They can be boiled or pickled and has similar variations in various Hakka regions,
            reflecting their local culinary ingenuity and adaptability.
