icheng, restaurants specialising in “Dapu White-Cut Goose” are common. Reknown for its unique
flavour, this dish is popular among diners. When eating, it is common to dip the goose in galangal
soy sauce, or in the nutrient-rich juices that drip from the goose while cooling, offering a truly
unique culinary experience!
