            客家人称鲮鱼为甜鱼。每到腊月,农村家家户户都会打旱塘捕鱼,以甜鱼为主。甜鱼肉质鲜
            甜,晒干后与腊肉搭配蒸制,不仅风味独特,更是年味十足。

            ■ Dish Story
            The Hakka people refer to dace as sweet fish. During the twelfth lunar month, rural families would
            drain ponds to catch fish, with dace being the primary catch due to its sweet and tender meat. When
            sun-dried, these sweet fish steamed with pickled pork, creating a unique and festive flavour that
            embodies the essence of the Chinese New Year.
