溜滑鱼









            Slippery Fish



            ■ 主料                                               ■ Main Ingredient
            草鱼                1000克                            1000 grams grass carp

            姜丝                  20克                            20 grams shredded ginger
            葱花                  20克                            20 grams chopped green onions
            木薯淀粉               150克                            150 grams tapioca starch
            清水                1500克                            1500 grams water

            食盐                 2茶匙                             2 teaspoons salt
            味精                 1茶匙                             1 teaspoon MSG
            食用油                1汤匙                             1 tablespoon cooking oil


            ■ 制作流程                                             ■ Method
