This stir-fried dish of pig intestines and blood curd is a signature dish in Dapu, symbolizes pros-
perity and long-lasting happiness. This dish uses plump and crunchy pickled long vegetable stems
(also known as sour mustard greens), stir-fried with pig blood curd highlights the deep and distinc-
tive essence of Dapu cuisine.
