肴,也可作为主食。

This dish is named “abacus beads” due to its resemblance to abacus beads. The abacus beads are
smooth, translucent and chewy. In Dapu, locals often stir-fry them with pork belly, mushrooms and
dried tofu, creating a versatile dish that serves as both a main course and a side dish.
