OUR PAYMENT POLICY

Making funeral arrangements can be a very difficult task, requiring careful consideration,
especially when experiencing grief. It is our honor and responsibility to guide you in selecting services
that are both meaningful and within your budget. We will explain all options so you can make the
appropriate decision.

Our Payment Policy is as follows:
Payment of the agreed upon contract is due at the time of making arrangements. For your
convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash • Prepaid Funeral Plan • Personal Check, Cashier’s Check
or Money Order
• Credit Card (any type)* • Insurance Assignment of
Verified Life Insurance**

*A Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3% will be applied
**Insurance Assignment and Processing Fees are $295 up to 5%. A life insurance policy can be assigned to the funeral home to be
used to pay for funeral expenses, often times, eliminating all out-of-pocket costs for the family at the time of arrangements.
Any additional insurance funds above the cost of the funeral are paid directly to the beneficiary from the insurance company.

OUR REFRESHMENT POLICY

WE WELCOME FAMILIES TO USE OUR ATRIUM LOUNGE FOR FOOD AND DRINKS.

WE CAN PROVIDE CATERING FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
OR YOU MAY BRING IN YOUR OWN.

 PLEASE ENJOY ALL FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE ATRIUM LOUNGE AREA ONLY

 WE PROVIDE A REFRIGERATOR IN OUR LOUNGE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. WE ASK THAT
COOLERS ARE NOT BROUGHT INTO THE FACILITY
 PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES INTO THE FACILITY

 FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL GUESTS, WE ASK THAT SMOKING, INCLUDING VAPING, ONLY OCCUR
IN OUR OUTDOOR DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA.
