Our charge includes a proportionate share of our basic services of funeral director and staff and overheard,
transfer of decedent to the funeral home by one staff member, obtaining and filing necessary authorizations,
preparation of the decedent including embalming, and local transportation to airport. Providing a casket, dressing,
cosmetology, hair styling, and casketing is also available for additional fees. Airline costs and the required shipping
container are additional. This charge does not include any visitation rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding.

Our charge includes a proportionate share of our basic services of funeral director and staff and overheard,
transfer of decedent to the funeral home by one staff member, obtaining and filing necessary authorizations,
preparation of the decedent including embalming, standard trans-shipping container necessary to transfer outside
of U.S., and local transportation to airport. Providing a casket, dressing, cosmetology, hair styling, and casketing
decedent is also available for additional fees. Expenses to obtain necessary permits and authorizations from
various foreign authorities and translations are additional as well as any modifications to shipping container or
change necessary in the type of shipping container. This charge does not include any visitation rites or ceremonies
prior to forwarding, nor does it include any airline or other shipping charges.

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME .................................................................................................. $ 1,690.00

Our charge includes a proportionate share of our basic services of funeral director and staff and overhead,
transportation from the local airport, sheltering of the decedent, and transportation to a local cemetery or
crematory. This charge does not include any visitation rites or ceremonies.

DIRECT CREMATION (Range of Prices) ........................................................................................................ $ 2,390.00 to $ 13,485.00
Our charge includes a proportionate share of our basic services of funeral director and staff and overhead, local
transfer of decedent to funeral home by one staff member (additional charge applies for additional assistance),
refrigeration (up to 72 hours), placement of decedent into selected cremation container or wood casket,
preparation of decedent for an identification closure viewing, transportation to crematory, and cremation fee. This
charge does not include embalming or any visitation rites or ceremonies. Please see Pages 6, 7, and 8 for more
information on our cremation services.
NOTE: If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers
encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an
outside covering). The container we provide is fiberboard.
